Last updated: 24 Feb 2026
  1. INTRODUCTION

SSV Foundation with registered office at Suite 3119, 9 Forum Lane, Camana Bay, P.O. Box 144, George Town, Grand Cayman, KY1-9006, Cayman Islands (“Organizer”), under the initiative and support of SSV Labs, shall carry out between 24th of February and the 6th of March 2026, a campaign entitled “Testnet Incentivization” (the “Campaign”), which shall be governed by the following terms (“Terms”):

  1. DEFINITIONS

  • "Open Participation" means participation in the testnet experience without eligibility for rewards.

  • "Reward-Eligible Entrant" means a participant who satisfies all reward eligibility requirements in Section 6 and submits a qualifying entry.

  • "Reward Wallet" means the single 0x EVM wallet address used

    • for Hoodie testnet interactions and

    • to receive any SSV tokens reward on Ethereum mainnet.

  • "Snapshot" means a point-in-time check by Organizer of a wallet address or other criteria (e.g., SSV holdings, wallet age, transaction history). Snapshot times may be undisclosed to prevent gaming.

  • "Public Post" means a public, original and educational post  published on X thread/Tweet series, YouTube short/video and blog, describing the participant’s experience and feedback.

  • "Sybil Activity" means any attempt to obtain multiple rewards, unfair advantage, or increased selection probability via automation, multiple wallets, fake/duplicate social accounts, coordinated farming, or other deceptive behavior.

  1. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The campaign shall take place between 24th of February and the 6th of March 2026.

The total reward pool for this campaign is 5,000.00 USD denominated in SSV tokens.

  1. CAMPAIGN GOAL

Drive broad awareness of SSV Staking by getting users to experience the testnet end-to-end and share high-signal feedback.

  1. CAMPAIGN DISCLOSURE

The campaign shall be advertised on the social media platform “X”, and on the ssv.network DAO Discord server (“Official Channels”). SSV Foundation undertakes to clearly disclose all applicable terms and conditions of the campaign through those communications channels.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in this campaign participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction at the time of participating in this campaign.

Employees and members of the SSV Foundation and members of the SSV Labs shall not be eligible to participate in this campaign under any circumstances.

Likewise, individuals who are in a position to unlawfully benefit from privileged or non-public information related to the campaign, or who may illegitimately interfere with or manipulate its course, shall also be excluded from participation.

The Campaign offers two participation levels:

  • Open participation (no rewards): Anyone may try the testnet and share feedback. This supports the awareness objective even if the participant is not reward-eligible.

  • Reward-eligible entrant: Participants who satisfy all reward eligibility requirements and submit qualifying entries may be considered for rewards. Not all reward-eligible entrants will be rewarded.

Additional eligibility for reward-eligible entrants (strict anti-Sybil requirements):

  • Single EVM address used throughout: You must use the same 0x EVM wallet address (Reward Wallet) for:

    • Hoodi testnet interactions

    • receiving any SSV rewards on Ethereum mainnet.

  • SSV tokens holdings: Your Reward Wallet must hold at least 10 SSV tokens at the registration snapshot (when you submit the interest form) and at the pre-payout snapshot (before rewards are paid). These 10 SSV tokens must be held for at least 7 consecutive days immediately before registration.

  • Continuous holding: Your Reward Wallet must continuously hold at least 10 SSV tokens from registration until the pre-payout snapshot (and any stated holding period until mainnet launch). Moving SSV tokens out of the Reward Wallet during this period (even temporarily) may result in disqualification.

  • Wallet maturity: Your Reward Wallet must be at least 30 days old and must have at least 10 historical Ethereum mainnet transactions.

  • Identity binding: 1 wallet <-> 1 Discord account <-> 1 X (Twitter) handle. Any duplicates (same Discord ID or same X handle linked to multiple wallets) result in disqualification of all linked entries.

  • Discord verification: Your Discord account must be at least 30 days old and must pass server verification requirements set by Organizer.

  • X account integrity: X accounts less than 30 days old, or accounts that show bot-like behavior (e.g., no original posts and only retweets), are ineligible for rewards.

  • Agreement to rules: Use of Sybil automation, multiple wallets, coordinated farming, or attempts to circumvent checks results in disqualification with no payout.

Prior to reward distribution, SSV Foundation shall conduct wallet screening of each participant's designated wallet address using blockchain analytics tools.

This screening process aims to verify compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations (together, the “AML/CFT Regulations”), including but not limited to identifying the owner and the eventual beneficial owner, checking the address against databases of known risky entities, assigning a risk score based on the address's transaction history and associations, tracing the source of funds to identify any links to illicit activities, and verifying that the counterparty is not on sanctions lists maintained by OFAC, the European Union, the United Nations, and the United Kingdom.

If a participant's wallet address is flagged as high-risk, associated with illicit activities, linked to sanctioned individuals or entities or there is a suspicion that the wallet may be associated with money laundering or terrorist financing activities, the participant shall be immediately disqualified from the campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any reward. SSV Foundation's determination regarding wallet screening results shall be final and binding. For participants residing in the European Union, the wallet screening process shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/1113 (Transfer of Funds Regulation) and applicable AML/CFT Regulations.

Individuals residing in restricted or sanctioned countries by the United States, United Kingdom, European Union or United Nations, cannot participate and no rewards under this campaign may be transferred to such countries, under the penalty of disqualification.

  1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate, follow Organizer instructions shared through Official Channels. The participation steps include:

1. Submit the interest/registration form.

2. Join the designated Discord testers group (for support and announcements).

3. Complete the required testnet actions (see Section 8).

Acceptable methods of ownership verification may include, but are not limited to: (i) signing a cryptographic message using the private key associated with the wallet address; (ii) completing a micro-transaction verification; or (iii) any other method deemed appropriate by SSV Foundation. Failure to complete ownership verification upon request shall result in disqualification from the Campaign.

Within 12 hours after submitting the participation form, participants will be added to a dedicated Discord chat group. In this group, there will be a pinned message containing all relevant details, including how-to guides, the feedback form, testnet eligibility criteria, FAQs, and other useful information required for participation.

  1. REQUIRED TESTNET ACTIONS AND MANDATORY EVIDENCE

  1. OPTIONAL BONUS QUALIFICATION - PUBLIC POST

Organizer may offer additional consideration for rewards (or bonus weighting) for participants who publish a Public Post.

  • Tag the Organizer’s official handle.

  • Submit a working link to the Public Post in the final feedback form.

  • Ensure the Public Post is your own work and not copied, templated spam, or generated in bulk across accounts.

  • A minimum of 300 followers/subscribers are required for the account posting the feedback publicly.

  • X accounts which are less than 30 days old + have no posts/only retweets so far are automatically disqualified.

  1. REWARDS

Rewards are limited. Participation does not guarantee a reward.

  • Only up to 25 (twenty five) rewards will be paid.

  • Rewards (if any) are paid in SSV tokens on Ethereum mainnet to the Reward Wallet.

  • Reward amount(s), if not stated in Campaign materials, will be determined and communicated by Organizer via official channels.

Rewards Breakdown:

Each winner will be awarded with $100 in SSV tokens as base rewards on completing the required testnet actions and sharing the mandatory evidences in the feedback form, as set forth in Clause 8.

An additional $100 in SSV tokens will be awarded as optional bonus given the requirements mentioned in Section 9 are met.

Winner selection method:

  • Step 1: Only submissions that pass all eligibility checks, qualification checks, and Sybil checks are included in the candidate pool.

  • Step 2: Up to 25 winners are selected on a merit basis for the most useful feedback and/or the best educational Public Posts.

  • Step 3: Uniqueness enforcement: One winner per human identity cluster (wallet + Discord + X + any proofs). If a duplicate is discovered at any time, Organizer may reselect.

Organizer may withhold or reassign rewards if a selected winner cannot receive the reward (e.g., incorrect wallet address, sanctioned/blocked address, failure to respond to verification, or other disqualifying condition).

Third-party token note: SSV tokens are issued and administered by third parties. If a Reward Wallet cannot receive SSV tokens due to third-party restrictions (including potential blacklisting), Organizer may select an alternate winner.

The winner is subject to the Organizer’s discretion, as a advised by SSV Labs.

  1. REWARD ALLOCATION AND DELIVERY

Winners can be contacted via Telegram, Discord, X, or otherwise, and informed of the amount of the reward they will receive in their ERC-20 EOA used on Hoodie.

Rewards shall be distributed directly by SSV Foundation to the participant's with the support of SSV Labs to the above designated ERC-20 EOA used on Hoodie via on-chain transfer.. SSV Foundation shall not be liable for any loss of rewards resulting from an incorrect or incompatible wallet address provided by the participant.

  1. GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION OR REMOVAL OF PARTICIPANTS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
