Hacking DVT at ETHOnline
Hack ETHOnline with SSV Network! Build DVT-powered apps & tooling, win $10,000 in prizes, and shape the future of decentralized staking.
Updated on 20/09/2024 to include ETHOnline Hackathon Winners.
The SSV Network DAO is excited to announce its 10K Gold tier sponsorship in the ETHOnline hackathon by ETHGlobal. This is a thrilling opportunity for hackers to use SSV Network to develop next-generation restaking apps and tooling using a resilient and decentralized distributed validator technology (DVT) infrastructure.
TL;DR
🛠️ Build: Next-generation applications and tooling on the leading DVT infrastructure.
💰 Prizes: $10,000 in rewards, spread across 3 tracks.
🧑💻 Get Involved: Join the hackathon and start building.
📚 Resources: Access helpful materials and workshops.
From the get-go, the SSV Network was developed with builders in mind. By creating a robust infrastructure for distributing validators, developers can easily contribute to the growing network effect of DVT-powered staking. By tapping into the creativity of devs, SSV-integrated applications can collectively create considerable value for the staking space through diverse and impactful use cases.
SSV’s end goal is to have the majority of stake run through DVT, ensuring that Ethereum’s validation layer is as decentralized and resilient as possible. By participating in the ETHGlobal online hackathon, the SSV DAO can further this mission by rewarding hackers for building innovative applications and tooling using SSV infra. Since launching on the Ethereum mainnet in December 2023, the SSV Network has secured over 1.3M ETH staked with nearly 900 globally distributed node operators in the ecosystem.

Tesseract
Tesseract is a project that leverages the concept of restaking, allowing users to maximize their staking rewards efficiently. By integrating advanced algorithms, Tesseract aims to optimize the staking process for Ethereum validators, enhancing user experience and potential returns.
SSV-Restaking
Similar to Tesseract, SSV-Restaking focuses on improving the staking mechanisms within the Ethereum network. This project emphasizes security and user control, providing a robust platform for users to stake their assets while minimizing risks associated with traditional staking methods.
SSV Pulse
SSV Pulse is designed to provide real-time analytics and insights into staking activities on the Ethereum network. By utilizing SSV data, this project enables users to track their staking performance and make informed decisions based on comprehensive data analysis.
Ceremonia
Ceremonia stands out as a significant enhancement for SSV tooling. It is a user-friendly GUI that simplifies validator key creation and DKG ceremonies, making cryptographic processes accessible without needing command-line skills.
DiverseStake
DiverseStake complements Ceremonia by focusing on diversity in staking options. This project allows users to gauge the diversity of their staking setups across various operators, giving them a bird’s-eye view of their setup. It emphasizes user empowerment through choice and flexibility.
